Premier Home Finders
Premier Home Finders is an established buyer’s agent business located on Sydney’s lower North Shore. The client wanted to update their branding and their website in order to expand into the premium property market.
Objective
Our objective was to create a high impact, memorable brand to target premium buyers looking to purchase property in Sydney’s exclusive North Shore market.
We also needed to find common ground between two distinct target audiences – homebuyers and real estate investors – each of whom have different needs and motivations.
Solution
Better developed a brand position that spoke directly and emotionally to both target audiences: “The passion of securing dreams.”
We focused on the strength of Premier Home Finders to bring knowledge, experience and relationships with key players in the real estate business to find the potential buyers the best possible property at the best possible price.
Results
We created premium branding across all PHF collaterals that speaks directly to the luxury property market. We also launched a campaign and relaunched the website in the new premium design showcasing beautiful photography reflecting the real estate aspirations of their potential clients.
The re-brand and the campaign had a substantial and immediate impact across all KPIs, and it resulted in a 67% increase in conversion rate on the website and a 185% increase in leads within the first 6 months compared to the previous period.
