Growth to Success is a company that specialises in business and personal coaching for professionals in the real estate industry. Founded by Nicole Davidson, Growth to Success understands the importance of small business, particularly women in business and the extra challenges they face both in the workplace and on a personal level.
Objective
Our aim at Better was to relaunch the coaching business of Nicole Davidson under the new brand of Growth to Success in order to help grow the business beyond its founder, and to develop a new identity for the Growth to Success brand that could be used as the foundation for all future visual communications with the target audience.
Solution
We developed a powerful new brand positioning based on what Growth to Success offers their clients and spoke directly to their aspirations: “Unleashing the best version of you.” We wanted to emphasise that although the clients find guidance and inspiration from an experienced professional, their true transformation comes from within.
Results
By truly understanding the challenges and motivations of real estate professionals and the valuable input an experienced coach such as Nicole Davidson can bring, we were able to articulate simply and powerfully the brand promise, and to translate that promise across all brand visuals including an elegant new logo, an engaging website and all other brand assets.
