Our approach
We approached the project by reframing the role of the business.
Rather than positioning Reform Financial around products or lenders, we focused on how they think and operate. This meant building the brand around clarity, structure and genuine care, and ensuring this came through across every touchpoint.
From there, the focus was on building a connected system where brand, messaging, website and technology all worked together.
Finance broker brand identity
The visual identity was redesigned to reflect the credibility and capability of the business.
The new logo, colour palette and design system create a brand that feels modern, considered and grounded. One that can confidently sit alongside larger financial services businesses, while still feeling approachable.
The result is a brand that aligns with how Reform Financial operates, not just how it looks.
Messaging and copy
The messaging was built around real situations, not financial products.
Rather than focusing on lenders or technical features, the copy speaks directly to business owners under pressure. It acknowledges the realities they are facing and focuses on what they need most, clarity, structure and a path forward.
This required careful balance. The tone needed to be serious without being overwhelming, clear without oversimplifying and confident without overpromising.
